13th May 2008 - Changes to Our Pricing. The good news is that because we believe so strongly that our First-Aid Support services offer exceptional value for money we have frozen the pricing for this for 2008. The not-so-good news for those in need of our PAYG assistance is we’ve had to raise our prices just above the rate of inflation this year; at around £22.00 an hour , it’s still exceptional value in today’s competitive media service industry.

13th May 2008 - “New Year, New Challenges”. As a family home run business it’s been tough managing our end of year procedures; compounded by our boys being off at half-term the exact week we needed free time to manage our preparations for the new business year . We are very busy trying to convert to use a Sage Instant Accounting system (blood, sweat, tears, sleepless nights and quite a bit of shouting at each other). It looks like we’ve reached the top of the mountain (or bottom of the bathtub depending on your outlook) and can begin to get back to what we do best; ‘help those when they need it the most’. If we’ve caused any inconvenience to newcomers or any of our loyal regulars through this difficult period we sincerely apologise.
